- Be able to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Be proactive, collaborative, and approachable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
- Work with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
- Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation throughout the engagement.
