Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, focused on business analysis and solution design.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, business processes, security models, and platform best practices.
- Knowledge of the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, RFP processes, and contract lifecycle management.
- Experience delivering Salesforce projects from requirements and solution design through implementation.
- Practical experience designing and implementing solutions with Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with Jira and Visio; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio.
- Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques.
- Able to work either 5 PM–2 AM or 6 PM–3 AM IST and support weekend releases when required.
- Additional Salesforce credentials, including Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, are preferred.
- Healthcare, clinical development, or related industry experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather and document functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Create and maintain Visio process flows for existing workflows, proposed changes, and Salesforce functionality.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate Salesforce features, declarative capabilities, and third-party applications to recommend process improvements.
- Support Salesforce configuration and administration using Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Develop UAT plans, test scenarios, and documentation; coordinate test data, demonstrations, training, and test execution.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development and QA teams to resolve them.
- Support production issues, change management, user training, and Salesforce adoption.
- Coordinate delivery priorities and updates with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
