Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of professional experience in product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, consulting, technical product management, or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrate a record of building and shipping something useful for real users, such as an internal tool, application, dashboard, automation, data product, or repeatable analytical workflow.
  • Show how work and decisions contributed to revenue or an equivalent business result, such as ARR, retention, expansion, or cost.
  • Have experience structuring and analyzing messy or large datasets, validating results, and explaining what an analysis does and does not prove.
  • Apply strong product and customer judgment, starting with the user problem and business outcome.
  • Explain technical or analytical work clearly to non-technical partners and executives.
  • Show ownership, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and work through ambiguity.
  • Ideally have experience in a B2B technology company or working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ideally have Product Operations experience defining and tracking product roadmaps and feature requests and bringing customer feedback into product discussions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platform areas such as billing and monetization, identity, access, organization management, security, or compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify enterprise-readiness gaps that limit new business, expansion, and retention, and shape priorities to measurably move ARR.
  • Partner with the Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams to define priorities, remove blockers, and track delivery.
  • Build and ship internal data and AI products that help Product and Engineering teams understand platform usage, customer friction, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze product telemetry, support tickets, customer conversations, feature requests, surveys, and product metadata to identify patterns.
  • Turn one-time analyses into repeatable tools and workflows with data definitions, quality checks, documentation, and feedback loops.
  • Translate findings into decision-ready recommendations for R&D leadership while preserving evidence and methodology.
  • Quantify and report the revenue impact of platform investments before and after launch.
  • Own projects end to end, from scoping and connecting data through launch, adoption measurement, and continued improvement.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully, checking outputs and debugging failures.
