Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar operational role.
- Demonstrate strong process instincts and identify gaps before they become problems.
- Be comfortable interpreting dashboards and translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Have excellent written communication skills.
- Have meeting facilitation skills.
- Have experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Look for opportunities to automate workflows before defaulting to manual processes.
- Nice to have: familiarity with GTM or launch coordination workflows.
- Nice to have: exposure to AI productivity tools in an operational context.
Responsibilities
- Support and own quarterly planning cycles, goal tracking, retrospectives, and weekly team rhythms.
- Coordinate launches by maintaining checklists, tracking cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring teams are go-live ready.
- Build and maintain product health dashboards.
- Surface actionable data to support prioritization decisions.
- Document processes, build playbooks, and identify workflows to tighten or automate.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-ups are captured and closed.
- Partner with analytics to answer operational questions.
