Requirements

- Have experience within a modern financial institution or fintech setting.

- Communicate operational risks clearly and collaborate effectively across cross-functional investment and engineering teams.
- Show eagerness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily reviews of algorithm-generated trades across managed portfolios to verify accuracy and resolve abnormal orders before submission to the trade desk.
- Review managed accounts regularly to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, workflow friction, and systemic trading issues.
- Execute daily portfolio management and trading support tasks with a disciplined, process-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with trading desks, investment operations, and product teams to streamline trade execution workflows and improve portfolio tracking capabilities.
