Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of closing experience preferred.
- Be organized and process-oriented while remaining open to trying new approaches.
- Have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Be willing to make 60+ outbound calls per day.
- Be motivated, goal-oriented, and self-starting.
- Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to give and receive feedback.
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Build rapport quickly and drive urgency on short sales cycles.
- Manage a high number of deals simultaneously.
- Be familiar with CRM systems and able to update them.
Responsibilities
