Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- A degree in Business, Food Science, Beverage Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related commercial role.
- Have native or bilingual proficiency in English and fluent written and verbal Spanish.
- Reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone of the United States.
- Be willing and able to travel 25–50%, including domestic and occasional international travel.
- Preferred candidates live within reasonable driving distance of a major U.S. commercial airport.
- Bring knowledge of the region or industry, customer focus, negotiation skills, and relationship-building ability.
- Be able to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop profitable sales in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Manage regional key accounts and assigned global key accounts.
- Manage channel partners and develop channel strategy.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with strategic accounts.
- Create and execute customer account plans in collaboration with Marketing and R&D.
- Conduct customer visits, prepare call reports, coordinate sampling, and provide customer service.
- Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and support order fulfillment and timely payment collection.
- Assess market and competitive conditions and gather volume, pricing, and share intelligence.
- Develop business for preservatives and sweeteners in food and non-food categories.
- Identify project opportunities, request technical R&D resources, and introduce and sell new products.
