Requirements
- Bring strong software engineering experience focused on AI engineering and full-stack development.
- Be proficient in Python and experienced in building AI-powered applications.
- Have hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Have experience with LangChain and developing LLM-based workflows or information extraction pipelines.
- Know document processing, structured data extraction, grounding, and output validation.
- Have experience evaluating AI solutions against quality, cost, and latency metrics.
- Be familiar with LLM observability tools, particularly Langfuse.
- Have experience with React and Next.js for front-end development.
- Be familiar with Jinja2 or similar template-based approaches.
- Have experience implementing automated tests and troubleshooting production applications.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data quality and reliability.
- Be able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered extraction pipelines using multi-call consensus, grounding, and value verification.
- Align extracted attributes with the PriCat standard for consistency and compatibility with new ERP systems.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models based on accuracy, cost, and latency, using LLM observability tools.
- Develop and integrate AI capabilities using Python, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Document Intelligence.
- Build and maintain prompt templates and structured generation workflows using Jinja2.
- Rebuild and enhance the web application from Design team mockups using Next.js and React.
- Implement PDF grounding views to help users validate extracted information.
- Investigate and resolve issues for French-speaking users, deliver fixes, and implement small features.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for application quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered solutions.
