Job Details

Have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Bring hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, or GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
Have experience designing or developing AI agents and intelligent workflows.
Have practical experience with n8n for workflow automation and system integrations.
Demonstrate the ability to rapidly develop prototypes and evolve successful concepts into functional MVPs.
Have strong knowledge of Node.js, React, and REST API integration.
Have practical Python experience for automation, scripting, data processing, or AI integrations.
Be familiar with PHP and able to work across multiple technology stacks.
Have familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable AI and agent development frameworks.
Understand cloud technologies, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps, or serverless architectures.
Have solid knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs.
Understand business needs and existing processes and propose future-state solutions that generate measurable value.
Be able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams.

Develop prototypes and functional MVPs using generative AI, automation, APIs, and modern web technologies.
Design and implement automated workflows using n8n and API-based integrations.
Develop solutions using Node.js, React, Python, PHP, and other technologies.
Integrate internal systems, databases, web applications, APIs, and AI-powered tools.
Contribute to the technical design of AI agents, copilots, assistants, and intelligent workflows.
Assess technical feasibility, effort, risks, dependencies, and architecture options.
Apply security, authentication, logging, data protection, and responsible AI practices.
Document prototypes and technical solutions and support successful MVPs as they move toward production.
Analyze existing business processes and collaborate on improved future-state processes focused on value and efficiency.
Partner with product, business, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop practical technical solutions.
