6+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.

Requirements

  • Bring 6+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
  • Understand life sciences commercial event operations, including speaker programs, advisory boards, and transparency reporting.
  • Have technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines, and data integration patterns.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead customer discovery workshops.
  • Communicate complex architectural ideas simply and challenge customers constructively.
  • Show operational discipline, high attention to detail, and a commitment to incremental progress delivered with speed and quality.
  • Be willing to travel up to 25–30% for key project milestones and customer discovery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and design sessions, guiding customers toward standard capabilities and configurable guardrails.
  • Execute software implementations using prescribed best practices, standardized packages, and automation tools.
  • Configure Vault CRM Events Management solutions using Vault Platform capabilities and delivery tools.
  • Manage data migration and execute validation.
  • Guide customers in connecting event planning, speaker management, budget tracking, content distribution, attendee reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners on project handoffs and customer feedback.
  • Manage project deliverables and execution risks to achieve milestones.
  • Support post-implementation adoption and user sophistication.
  • Mentor team members to improve employee and customer success.
