Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or partner implementations in a SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration models.
- Experience working with APIs and technical integration projects.
- Strong understanding of project management tools and reporting components.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is preferred.
- Experience using teamwork.com as a project management tool is preferred.
- Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML, and other compliance standards is preferred.
- Minimal travel (<15%) could be required for company or client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee partner implementation projects, including integration planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Optimize partner implementation for risk, security, and payment yields.
- Lead and coach professional services and technical implementation resources.
- Collaborate with sales and partner success teams to align onboarding plans with partner objectives.
- Resolve implementation issues as the escalation point, working cross-functionally to remove roadblocks.
- Develop and refine implementation processes, documentation, and partner enablement materials.
- Track performance metrics and create and maintain departmental procedures.
- Coordinate with Marketing on customer-facing materials and manage large or VIP projects.
