Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Five or more years of Medicare/Medicaid experience.
- Five or more years of healthcare provider work experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of MS Access.
- Strong knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage client relationships, with support from the Program Director, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HMS contract operations and implementations to support successful service delivery.
- Assist in creating and reviewing client deliverables.
- Monitor progress toward business goals and report it to management and leadership.
- Assist in developing reports to monitor operational and financial performance.
- Oversee and manage contracts, specific products or services, and special projects.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and revenue expectations for assigned clients.
- Project-manage work across non-direct reports and recommend program changes as needed.
- Escalate risks promptly and implement risk-mitigation solutions.
