Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in a Drug Safety / Pharmacovigilance related position.
- Have 4+ years of experience in a consulting and/or customer-facing role.
- Bring experience configuring or implementing software solutions, ideally.
- Speak fluent English and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Have strong presentation skills.
- Have at least a bachelor's degree or relevant field experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or STEM.
- SaaS/cloud experience is a plus.
- Experience with regulated systems or data-driven applications such as Veeva Vault, ArisG, or Oracle Argus is a plus.
- Knowledge of software validation processes and requirements is a plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Agile execution experience and/or ACP Certification is a plus.
- Service delivery management and/or systems implementation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead life sciences customers in the rapid configuration of Vault Safety.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance for customers and project teams.
- Analyze customer requirements and support solution design and architecture of Vault Safety.
- Gather requirements and contribute to configuration, validation, migration, integration, and training workstreams.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform configuration changes in the system.
- Define customer business deployment plans, key performance indicators, and post-live governance.
- Manage communication among customers, project teams, internal stakeholders, and Veeva Product teams.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices after implementation.
- Drive change management for customers switching from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
- Mentor project team members and junior consultants.
