Requirements
- Have 4+ years of project management experience.
- Have a background in Business Analysis or Product Management.
- Demonstrate a track record of improving business processes.
- Have experience implementing changes into products or operations.
- Have experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders.
- Have Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results.
- Nice to have: proficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis.
- Lead change management efforts and support smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams integrating systems, processes, and technology solutions.
- Gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
