Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience with a management consulting company or ad agency.
- Bring background and industry experience in the commercialized product or brand domain.
- Have a strong track record delivering client advisory engagements.
- Demonstrate core management consulting skills, including workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, and change management.
- Be able to develop structured approaches and methodologies for business problems.
- Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience working with a content management system; Veeva Vault is preferred.
- Communicate effectively in English and Japanese, verbally and in writing.
- Be able to travel roughly 60%, with travel varying by engagement.
- Have a bachelor’s degree.
- Hold a valid working visa in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements and provide Commercial Content advisory support.
- Build an operating model for global-to-local content reuse.
- Develop an operating model for Veeva Multichannel Content.
- Assess business needs for standing up new Vaults or consolidating Vaults.
- Design frameworks for content planning.
- Improve digital asset management processes and modular content development.
- Establish metadata governance and content standards.
- Set strategic direction and define key performance indicators for the end-to-end content digital supply chain.
- Develop content analytics dashboards and identify lifecycle insights.
- Develop and deliver communication and change management programs for PromoMats, MedComms, or new functionalities.
