Requirements
- 3+ years experience configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software
- Experience in customer service or consulting
- Ability to articulate potential solutions based on client requirements
- Experience managing client requests and setting expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live consulting and administrative support for multiple clients
- Perform configuration enhancement for live applications including business process, taxonomy, metadata, security, and notifications
- Execute bulk imports, exports, and updates of content and data
- Provide recommendations on application features, use, and best practices
- Maintain production and sandbox environments
- Create reports and dashboards
