Understand Singapore recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Have hands-on experience sourcing technical professionals across technologies.
Demonstrate expertise in Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, GitHub, and major job portals.
Bring strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
Have negotiation and communication skills.
Be able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred: experience recruiting for Singapore Banking and Financial Services clients.
Preferred: knowledge of Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Singapore hiring practices.
Preferred: experience with MSP, RPO, or staffing companies, and exposure to bulk hiring and niche technology recruitment.

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Singapore-based clients.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and relocation or visa eligibility.
Build talent pipelines across technology domains.
Coordinate client interviews and support a smooth hiring process.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement through onboarding.
Maintain recruitment reports and ATS updates.
Work with Delivery Managers and Account Managers to understand hiring requirements.
Meet recruitment KPIs, submission targets, interview ratios, and closure targets.
Track Singapore hiring trends, salary benchmarks, EP/S Pass eligibility, and market intelligence.
