Responsibilities
- Build and expand a referral network with business networking groups, chambers of commerce, contractors and trades, local businesses, and real estate agents.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual meetings.
- Review and interpret insurance policies to help home and business owners understand their coverage.
- Provide service, customer experience, communication, and follow-up for clients and referral partners.
- Complete necessary paperwork and other information using company tools and systems.
