Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Live in New Jersey.
- Be available to work some morning and evening shifts.
- Work one weekend shift every week.
- Be available during operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:50 a.m.–10:30 p.m.; weekends, 8:50 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Dialer-system experience is preferred.
- Bring a sales mindset and be metrics-driven.
- Have an outgoing personality, professionalism, strong work ethic, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while handling inbound calls from homeowners who contacted the company through marketing avenues.
- Discuss homeowners' window and door needs.
- Share what makes the company's products different.
- Schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.
- Document and track appointments accurately.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking across various systems.
