Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bring a sales mindset and be metrics driven.
- Demonstrate an outgoing personality, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
- Be able to work some morning and evening shifts and one weekend shift every week.
- Be available during operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:50 a.m.–10:30 p.m.; weekends, 8:50 a.m.–8 p.m.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs, and dialer systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to discuss their window and door needs.
- Share what makes the products different.
- Schedule in-home consultations with the sales team.
- Dial out to 30 homeowners an hour while handling heavy inbound call flow.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems.
- Document and track appointments accurately so future customer demonstrations and pricing activity follow company standards.
