Requirements
- Have at least 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, creative project management, or marketing project management.
- Have experience in an agency, creative studio, digital marketing, advertising, content, or production environment.
- Bring strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage creative or marketing projects from briefing through final delivery.
- Bring good creative judgment and strong attention to detail.
- Be comfortable reviewing creative work and providing constructive feedback.
- Have communication, organisation, and project-management skills.
- Be able to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, priorities, and feedback.
- Translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable direction for creative teams.
- Coordinate designers, copywriters, strategists, developers, and other specialists.
- Review creative and marketing deliverables for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with the brief.
- Manage project timelines, revisions, approvals, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Present work, discuss feedback, and manage client expectations.
- Identify risks, unclear requirements, or delivery issues early and recommend solutions.
