Requirements
- Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Have at least 5 years of work experience in software development projects.
- Have 3+ years of experience managing complex projects.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks and requests, including managing two projects simultaneously.
- Have experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid development methodologies.
- Bring strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be willing to travel, with travel time potentially reaching 25% annually, subject to travel restrictions.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
- Experience in banking projects is highly appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, customer success, and operations teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct project status meetings and prepare progress reports for leadership, including Steering Committee Meetings.
- Prevent and control scope through change control processes.
- Prepare internal and external project reporting on schedule, budget, PnL, and NPS.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools.
- Lead the contracting process with customers who have chosen EXUS as a preferred vendor.
