Requirements
- Have 7-10+ years of Customer Success experience at a fast-moving HCM/SaaS company.
- Have experience managing Fortune 500 or national accounts.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with, present to, and influence customer stakeholders at the executive level.
- Have experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and with Catalyst.
- Bring deep knowledge of HCM, HR, or Payroll software.
- Use analytics to develop insights and inform internal or client-facing decisions.
- Have experience working in cross-functional environments and comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving domains.
- Demonstrate a record of exceeding goals for retention, customer satisfaction, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer lifecycle from kickoff and launch through ongoing success as the primary point of contact.
- Drive conversations that define joint success metrics and communicate value realization to partners.
- Build relationships across customer operational and leadership groups, including HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and executive sponsors.
- Partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Orchestrate customer escalations and ensure responsive, timely resolution.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while proactively identifying risks to minimize churn.
- Analyze reports and trends to inform strategic actions and customer-level improvements.
- Gather customer feedback and work with Product to improve offerings and support internal teams.
