Have 2+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, business systems design, or a similar role preferred.
Understand APIs and data models.
Write SQL.
Build scripts, automations, or internal tools used by other teams.
Be able to learn, configure, connect, and maintain business systems such as billing platforms, CRMs, or contract management systems.
Understand SaaS billing or be willing to learn usage-based pricing, prepaid credits, and subscription structures.
Bring hands-on experience with a modern billing platform as a plus.
Design workflows that surface problems early and include checks from the start.
Identify root causes and improve upstream systems to prevent recurring issues.
Use AI in day-to-day work and exercise judgment about where it adds speed and needs guardrails.
Write clearly and align partners across teams.

Own systems for customer business and identity verification, provisioning, user roles, permissions, and access.
Build and own billing systems for configuring complex pricing and contract structures at scale.
Prepare pricing, contract terms, entitlements, and access controls so new products are sellable at launch.
Define the customer account lifecycle from signup to closure and build workflows that keep billing, access, contracts, and customer communication in sync.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define internal tooling and customer-facing workflows for buying and using Stedi.
Build workflows and automations that replace manual processes.
Run analyses for GTM and Finance on pricing, packaging, and product usage.
