Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in revenue or sales operations.
- Hands-on ownership of CRM, sales process design, forecasting, and commercial analytics.
- Demonstrated, quantified results improving forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion, sales representative ramp time, or territory coverage.
- Experience leading and developing a Revenue Operations team, establishing ownership and accountability, and scaling team capabilities.
- Deep Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Experience owning pricing strategy and governance is preferred.
- Experience building forecasts with Finance and presenting forecast accuracy to leadership is preferred.
- Experience with SaaS or hybrid SaaS and services revenue models is preferred.
- Knowledge of payer and provider value-based care markets is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and govern pricing models for services, SaaS subscriptions, and blended or cross-sell deals.
- Establish discount thresholds, approval authority, and standards for nonstandard terms.
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to maintain the revenue forecast, run forecast cadence, identify pipeline risks, and recommend actions to the Chief Growth Officer.
- Lead deal desk and improve sales stages, exit criteria, and processes to shorten sales cycles and increase conversion.
- Partner with Marketing on lead scoring, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and attribution, and resolve quote-to-cash friction.
- Maintain reliable pipeline, bookings, and forecast data; own the revenue technology stack and data quality.
- Lead commercial reporting across pipeline, conversion, churn, and upsell and cross-sell performance, and prepare board and investor updates.
- Own territory design, quota setting, sales commission structure and administration, and account segmentation.
- Develop the Revenue Operations team and establish clear ownership across pricing, deal desk, systems, and reporting.
