Requirements

  • Bring a minimum of 8+ years of experience in project finance, capital markets, corporate finance, or a similar position.
  • Demonstrate a track record structuring and leading complex financings at scale, including tax equity, preferred equity, and debt for renewable projects and portfolios.
  • Show senior leadership experience developing leaders, shaping organizational design, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Bring strong external presence with capital providers, banks, and investors.
  • Balance execution oversight with strategic design.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and executive communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting platforms such as Intacct and Procore is preferred.
  • Experience with executive-level relationship management involving banks, investors, and rating agencies is preferred.
  • Experience representing Finance in executive committees or boards is preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and methods and automation workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead origination of project finance facilities, including tax equity, preferred equity, development loans, and construction facilities.
  • Negotiate legal and operative transaction documents with counsel and advisors.
  • Manage and mentor Capital Markets team members and develop their technical and leadership skills.
  • Improve Capital Markets processes, documentation standards, and origination practices.
  • Collaborate with Finance leadership and the executive team on capital formation strategy.
  • Originate facilities, structures, and relationships to execute the Capital Markets strategy.
  • Integrate historical and forecasted performance data into liquidity planning, capital access, and investor communications.
  • Partner with Corporate Finance on enterprise forecasting, liquidity planning, and covenant management.
  • Build scalable processes with Project Delivery, O&M, Asset Management, and Revenue Operations.
