Requirements
- Have at least 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Have experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Have experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Be able to turn a problem or business scenario into a solution that interacts with multiple software components.
- Write clear, well-tested, extensible code.
- Be comfortable navigating a large codebase and debugging other engineers’ code.
- Provide feedback to engineers through code reviews.
- Have equivalent practical experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve high-traffic consumer web experiences.
- Contribute to experimentation, instrumentation, and marketing integrations.
- Break larger projects into tasks, deliver work in phases, and collaborate to support timely delivery.
- Partner with product management, design, and analytics during ideation and technical decision-making.
- Create and monitor metrics, escalate issues, and support team operations and on-call efforts.
- Participate in team growth and development activities, including the interview process.
