Requirements

  • Have hands-on experience running PC and console campaigns across major platforms, including Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and Amazon.
  • Have strong knowledge of PC and console games marketing, including endemic media, platforms, stores, and sector-specific attribution challenges.
  • Bring advanced campaign optimization and performance analysis skills.
  • Have strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, event mapping and tagging, and digital analytics; Adobe Analytics is desirable.
  • Have extensive email marketing and segmentation experience; HubSpot and/or Mailchimp experience is preferred.
  • Understand attribution approaches and tools and be able to work where attribution is incomplete or evolving.
  • Understand performance creative best practices for video and static assets.
  • Have a strong understanding of digital privacy and compliance requirements across advertising, tracking, cookies, and CRM.
  • Have project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Be able to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Be analytical and commercially minded, able to turn data into recommendations and make informed assumptions with incomplete data.
  • Have clear communication, negotiation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, and strong knowledge of games markets and trends.
  • Mobile advertising, MMP, and mobile network experience in gaming is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Define performance marketing campaigns based on objectives, audiences, competitor analysis, budgets, ROI projections, channels, and platform requirements.
  • Set up, execute, and check campaigns delivered through agencies and partners.
  • Optimize campaigns and player journeys, including landing-page UX, using performance metrics and best practices.
  • Brief, negotiate, manage, and supervise endemic media campaigns with external partners.
  • Manage direct store campaigns with PlayStation (NetAds) and Xbox.
  • Lead email marketing strategy, planning, creative, segmentation, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Translate paid media, analytics, and store data into insights, recommendations, and internal benchmarks.
  • Brief creative partners on performance-led video and static ad assets.
  • Partner with Legal and relevant teams on advertising, tracking, cookies, CRM, privacy, and compliance.
  • Develop reporting for internal teams and external studios, connecting campaign data, analytics, and commercial performance.
