Job Details

Requirements

  • Have a track record taking DTC brands to scale while directly managing $100K+ in daily Meta ad spend.
  • Have experience managing catalogs with 6–10+ distinct SKUs.
  • Demonstrate direct-response creative expertise, including analyzing market trends and competitor ads and developing creative concepts.
  • Have hands-on experience resolving policy flags, ad rejections, and account risks in supplement or health categories.
  • Have experience keeping spend live using backup account infrastructure.
  • Be prepared for a history and pace of 60+ hour work weeks.
  • Be able to take full ownership of Meta channel execution and align creative pods with media buying.
  • Use LLMs such as Claude and GPTs and automated data workflows to support creative analysis, dashboards, and output.
  • Maintain core daily overlap with US EST business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Audit active ad accounts, creative pipelines, and team members, then deliver an execution plan.
  • Take ownership of Meta budgets, launches, and creative decisions while transitioning the incumbent lead into a Creative Strategist role.
  • Scale existing brands and establish launch protocols for new brands while maintaining unit economics.
  • Move mature brands toward first-purchase break-even and create actionable recovery plans for performance risks.
  • Resolve ad rejections, policy flags, and account disablements in high-risk verticals such as supplements.
  • Set up and manage backup business managers, ad accounts, and payment methods to reduce downtime.
  • Assess team members, design creative pod structures, and recruit talent for each pod.
  • Build Claude-powered dashboards tracking spend, acquisition costs, payback periods, creative win rates, and rejection rates.
  • Lead weekly executive syncs.
