Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar.
Bring a strong history of guiding diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
Have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
Be proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful creative workflow.
Have experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.
Be skilled at giving and receiving feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Be comfortable engaging with internal and external partners in creative and strategic discussions.
Provide a strong portfolio across branding, presentations, and advertising, with examples of AI-enhanced work.
Be able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
Have excellent English communication skills.

Generate concepts and assets using AI tools that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
Refine prompts to produce high-quality creative output across formats and visual styles.
Collaborate across creative disciplines to integrate AI-generated content into production and share knowledge.
Lead multidisciplinary projects from ideation through final delivery.
Provide creative direction and hands-on feedback to connect execution with intent.
Coach and mentor team members through feedback and creative guidance.
Encourage experimentation and a test-and-learn approach that balances speed with craft.
Lead client-facing conversations, present ideas, and explain creative rationale.
Identify cross-functional collaboration opportunities and guide clients toward cohesive creative solutions.
