Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar.
- Have a strong history of guiding diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide a strong portfolio showcasing work across branding, presentations, and advertising, including AI-enhanced examples.
- Have advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
- Be proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful creative workflow.
- Have experience leading project teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to a shared creative vision.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills and the ability to express creative ideas clearly and supportively.
- Be able to engage with internal and external partners in creative and strategic discussions.
- Be able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
- Bring a collaborative approach, with active listening, adaptability, empathy, and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Generate and refine visual concepts using text-to-image, video, and layout-automation AI tools.
- Experiment with emerging AI workflows to improve creative quality, speed, and output.
- Integrate AI-assisted assets into workflows while maintaining brand integrity and emotional impact.
- Guide creative direction to align work with strategy, brand, and purpose.
- Communicate with clients through structured, solution-oriented leadership.
- Foster an inclusive team environment that supports collaboration and shared ownership.
- Connect creative outputs to business goals using insights and performance data.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, insight-driven creative solutions.
- Coach and mentor designers with actionable feedback and creative guidance.
