Requirements
- Have recent, hands-on experience launching ads yourself in Meta Ads Manager; a few months is enough.
- Understand core metrics such as CTR, CPC and CPA, and what a campaign is optimizing for.
- Be highly organized and attentive to detail when handling high volumes of assets.
- Work proactively and independently from one daily check-in, bringing your own proposals.
- Be comfortable using AI tools to work faster while forming and sharing your own conclusions.
- Have professional English proficiency, written and spoken.
- Nice to have: experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
- Nice to have: experience with ad approvals and appeals in health, wellness or other regulated categories.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or ad attribution.
- Nice to have: DTC or e-commerce experience.
Responsibilities
- Load 10–12 new video ads per week into test campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Adapt each asset for platform-specific aspect ratios, crops, links and safe zones.
- Write primary text, headlines and descriptions for each ad launch.
- Track ad approvals, submit and follow up on appeals, and report rejected content by platform.
- Read test results against the internal playbook and identify winning and underperforming ads.
- Move winning ads into scaling campaigns and adjust budgets.
- Retest underperformers with new combinations of videos and copy.
- Work with attribution events, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to compare performance across platforms.
