Job Details

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in carrier relations.
Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
Have experience in carrier relations within the telecommunications industry.
Have a strong understanding of mobile network operations, technologies, and market dynamics.
Bring sales skills and established connections with telecom operators.
Have in-depth knowledge of the SMS and CPaaS industry, including regulatory requirements.
Have communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bring strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Be proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
Be willing to travel internationally as required for client meetings, conferences, and partnership development.

Build and nurture relationships with mobile network operators (MNOs) and serve as their primary point of contact.
Develop strategies to strengthen MNO partnerships and resolve partner challenges with internal teams.
Present SMS monetization, SaaS, CPaaS, channel partnership, and connectivity solutions to MNO partners.
Identify CPaaS sales opportunities and develop channel partnerships.
Structure monetization models, commercial frameworks, and go-to-market plans with MNO and enterprise partners.
Manage CPaaS partnerships from opportunity identification through negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and own account-level revenue growth plans.
Coordinate cross-functional input for carrier RFI/RFP responses and special projects.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums and share industry insights.
