Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business intelligence development or a related field.
  • Have at least three years of experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools.
  • Understand data visualization principles, dashboard user experience, information hierarchy, and interactive reporting design.
  • Be able to transform complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, actionable visual stories.
  • Have working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, or equivalent data transformation and analytical logic.
  • Bring familiarity with customer journey analytics, customer experience metrics, digital product analytics, or operational performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to define reporting requirements.
  • Communicate insights to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Work independently and manage multiple reporting priorities in a remote working environment.
  • Attend an in-person training component at headquarters once per quarter; travel and accommodation expenses are covered.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualization products for customer experience strategy, journey management, and operational decision-making.
  • Translate business questions into visual structures, metrics, comparisons, and drill-down paths.
  • Build dashboards for customer journeys, conversion funnels, digital adoption, NPS, CSAT, customer effort, and operational performance.
  • Create accessible, intuitive visual experiences with clear information hierarchy and interactive features.
  • Partner with BI engineers and data teams to ensure datasets support dashboard requirements, performance, and accuracy.
  • Validate data, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and maintain reliable reporting solutions.
  • Establish dashboard visualization standards, documentation practices, and reusable reporting approaches.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and review dashboard usage to improve usability, adoption, and decision-making.
  • Translate analytical findings into visual narratives for executive, strategic, and operational audiences.
