Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting role

Have 1–3 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting role.
Be proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
Have experience building dashboards or reports in a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
Have strong Excel skills.
Have a solid grounding in basic statistics.
Be able to translate data into a clear narrative.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: Experience in the insurance industry or with claims/operations data.
Preferred: Familiarity with forecasting, workforce, or staffing models.
Preferred: Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and other controlled experiments.
Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.

Own and maintain Member Experience Analytics reporting, including dashboards for member satisfaction, engagement, and journey metrics.
Build and maintain forecasting and capacity models, including volume forecasts and staffing requirements for member service and claims teams.
Deliver ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional partners.
Translate stakeholder business questions into analytical approaches and deliverables.
Identify ways to streamline recurring reporting and improve data quality and turnaround time.
Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot to accelerate and automate work.
Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences, including leadership.
