Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- Have at least 8 years of enterprise IT experience with increasing technical responsibility.
- Have 3 or more years in a senior, lead, or architecture-focused role.
- Bring hands-on experience owning and managing a PIM and/or DAM platform; inRiver and Bynder are preferred.
- Have practical iPaaS integration development and architecture experience; Boomi is preferred, with MuleSoft, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or SnapLogic also relevant.
- Have experience integrating enterprise applications across CRM, e-commerce, content and digital experience platforms, order management, and ERP environments.
- Understand master data management, including data modeling, taxonomy design, governance, stewardship, and data-quality measurement.
- Demonstrate cross-functional technology project leadership, including delivery commitments, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Have practical vendor management experience, including statements of work, service-level agreements, escalations, licensing, and contract renewals.
- Have working knowledge of APIs, REST and SOAP services, JSON and XML, data transformation, and SQL.
- Be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, work independently, prioritize competing demands, and build credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmaps, configuration standards, environments, releases, licensing, security roles, documentation, and performance of inRiver PIM, Bynder DAM, and Boomi.
- Design and maintain end-to-end integration architecture across product information, digital assets, CRM, e-commerce, web platforms, analytics, and manufacturing ERP systems.
- Build, test, and deploy Boomi integration processes using reusable components, logging, monitoring, alerting, exception handling, and lifecycle management.
- Connect acquired-company and legacy systems while balancing implementation speed, reliability, scalability, and architectural consistency.
- Establish product and digital asset data strategies, including ownership, lifecycle management, taxonomy, data models, governance, and data-quality standards.
- Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to integrate platform data into Microsoft Fabric and support Power BI reporting.
- Lead platform and integration projects from requirements gathering and estimation through planning, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-launch support.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, lead architecture and design reviews, communicate status to executives, and escalate complex issues.
- Manage software vendors and implementation partners, including statements of work, service-level agreements, escalations, licensing, renewals, and delivery quality.
- Develop internal expertise through technical documentation, training, mentoring, and business-user enablement.
