- Be proficient in using recruiting tools.
- Demonstrate competency in analytical reporting.
- Bring proven project management experience.
- Communicate effectively and be able to influence and negotiate.
- Bring a creative and flexible mindset and willingness to try new ideas.
- Global-scale experience is preferred.
- Have awareness and appreciation of employment and equality legislation for North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day work of the US recruitment and sourcing team.
- Use recruiting data and market intelligence to share insights with leaders and hiring managers.
- Establish a performance metrics framework for the recruiting team.
- Plan and lead selection and recruitment processes aligned with the D&I strategy.
- Develop routes to market that support the business’s changing hiring needs.
- Create an Early Careers strategy to attract a diverse workforce and support internal development.
- Ensure stakeholders have a strong recruiting experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build and drive the employer brand.
