Requirements
- Have 3-5+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager.
- Ideally have experience in logistics, warehousing, last-mile delivery, staffing, or workforce solutions.
- Understand warehouse, fulfillment, and delivery operations, labor dynamics, and staffing challenges in high-volume, shift-based environments.
- Be able to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders from site supervisors to VP-level operations executives.
- Experience managing multi-site or enterprise accounts is a strong plus.
- Have experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar, and Google Suite.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering client-focused solutions and meeting retention and growth targets.
- Be able to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Have listening, negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management, staffing planning, escalations, and ongoing strategy.
- Build relationships with site and warehouse managers, operations and fleet leaders, safety managers, HR leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Learn each client's operating environment, including shift patterns, volume forecasts, delivery routes, equipment and certification requirements, and safety standards.
- Maintain and grow client contracts by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across sites, shifts, markets, and job categories.
- Align WorkWhile's solutions with client operational goals and labor challenges.
- Ensure timely and successful fulfillment of shifts and workforce solutions in line with client expectations and SLAs.
- Communicate workforce initiative progress to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Forecast and track fill rates, worker performance, client satisfaction scores, and revenue growth; prepare account health reports and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales and Ops teams to identify account growth opportunities and ensure worker supply meets client demand.
- Resolve challenging client requests and escalations to minimize operational disruption.
