- Bring 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry.
- Have 3+ years of experience managing a team.
- Have proven experience managing sales teams across EMEA and/or APJ.
- Have progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and closing deals at the C-level.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience.
- Have a foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions in your functional domain.
- Preferred: experience leading a product specialist sales team or working as a product sales specialist in a matrix environment.
- Preferred: recent Data Protection industry experience.
- Preferred: proficiency in data-driven territory management and planning.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop specialist sales talent across EMEA and APJ.
- Build individualized development plans and coach the team to achieve sales targets.
- Create territory plans and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership, field sales, marketing, and partners to prioritize revenue attainment.
- Engage Product Management, Product Marketing, and Services to advocate for field needs and improve performance.
