Personally run a full agentic, AI-powered SDLC end-to-end in B2B and high-security enterprise environments.
Demonstrate real agentic-workflow delivery through PRs, commit history, shipped products, or a portfolio.
Have taken a product from specification to release using an end-to-end AI-assisted lifecycle, including specification and code/test generation, automated verification, AI-assisted review, and CI/CD.
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years leading engineering teams, including managing managers or leads.
Show a track record of building high-performing teams through rigorous, fair performance management and timely talent decisions.
Have strong current software engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, SOLID principles, and modern architecture.
Have experience building scalable distributed solutions, including relational or document databases, cloud-native services, and modern CI/CD systems.
Maintain a high standard for tested, maintainable code and validate that test coverage is meaningful.
Demonstrate ability to lead and align engineers across countries and time zones in a remote or hybrid, multi-country setup.
Communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and build trust, clarity, and accountability across teams.
Apply a security-first approach to design, code review, and incident response.

Orchestrate AI agents to create specifications, generate code and tests, verify results, and run reviews while ensuring humans validate shipped code.
Set architecture patterns, write and review critical code, prototype solutions, and resolve difficult technical problems.
Own delivery of the Product Management roadmap, including execution sequencing, technical risk, quality, security, and releases across deployment form factors.
Drive architecture and technology choices for products serving high-assurance environments at scale.
Recruit, develop, and retain engineers and engineering leads across Romania and Hungary.
Set measurable performance expectations, coach employees, recognize strong performance, and address underperformance.
Apply security-focused code review to human-written and AI-generated code, including file-handling and authentication paths.
Improve CI/CD pipelines, AI-assisted development workflows, incident response, and operational maturity.
Create AI-native engineering playbooks, context files, coding harnesses, test frameworks, and review norms for adoption across OPSWAT teams.
Partner with Product Management, Design, and security leaders to translate the roadmap into engineering execution and communicate trade-offs.
