Requirements
- Have 8–10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise process engineering, value stream mapping, operational excellence, or management consulting.
- Bring a proven track record re-architecting complex cross-functional operations.
- Hold a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or equivalent formal continuous improvement credential.
- Have deep experience integrating operational workflows into major enterprise software platforms, such as CRM and Field Service Management tools.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Systems Engineering, or a technical or quantitative field.
- Be able to lead strategically while directly executing detailed process work.
- Be able to constructively challenge senior leaders and align matrixed teams.
- Experience in clean energy, renewable technology, technical field service, logistics, or complex operational environments is preferred.
- An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise process architecture and standards, and optimize prioritized end-to-end workflows across business functions and core systems.
- Lead current-state process baselining to identify handoff friction, cycle-time delays, rework drivers, and capacity constraints.
- Design and deploy target operating models, streamlined workflows, and business requirement specifications.
- Partner with Operations and Field Service leaders to re-architect diagnostic triage, technician dispatch, schedule density, and back-office handoffs.
- Trace workflows upstream into Go-To-Market, Lead-to-Quote, contracting, pricing, and sales-to-onboarding processes to resolve root-cause friction.
- Lead process baselining and workflow integration for global platform migrations, system integrations, and regional expansions.
- Coordinate embedded functional process talent and establish enterprise process mapping standards, workflow notation, and documentation templates.
- Coach cross-functional teams in process engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Define business architecture and technical system requirements, and translate target-state designs into platform configuration specifications.
