- A dedicated remote workspace with room for a desktop monitor and other provided equipment.
- A workspace free of background noise and distraction to provide information privacy.
- Reliable home internet with download speed exceeding 128Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Take calls from insurance agents across the country while working in a support queue.
- Learn the ACA enrollment process to help agents use the platform to enroll clients in insurance coverage.
- Troubleshoot the platform for agents.
- Answer questions about applications and referrals.
- Follow support protocols while balancing efficiency and empathy on every call.
- Support other related tasks as needed.
