Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or customer success.
- Experience managing complex customer or partner relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Proactively use GenAI tools, such as Gemini or Claude, to synthesize partner performance data and cross-functional insights and create strategic proposals and materials.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping solutions where clear answers may not yet exist.
- Marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based business experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic Service Professional partners as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Develop an understanding of partner businesses, goals, and platform performance to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Build relationships with partner leadership and provide consultative guidance.
- Lead regular partner business reviews, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Analytics and Product teams to improve data visibility and reporting for strategic accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and collaborate on strategic proposals, pilot programs, and initiatives.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to advocate for partner needs and inform improvements.
- Develop account plans and engagement strategies, monitor partner health, and support improvements to team processes and workflows.
