Requirements

  • Progressive enterprise technology leadership spanning strategy, complex programs, teams, and delivery partners.
  • Experience delivering enterprise applications and digital products from discovery and roadmaps through implementation, integration, and adoption.
  • Experience leading data and analytics teams, roadmaps, data products, and BI/reporting, with data governance, integration, and quality practices.
  • Experience building PMO and portfolio practices for demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and consistent delivery.
  • Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, including backlog management, planning, delivery, reviews, retrospectives, and team coaching.
  • Expertise in design thinking, including user research, problem definition, collaborative ideation, prototyping, and validation.
  • Deep industrial aftermarket and field service management knowledge, including experience deploying FSM solutions and connecting them to enterprise systems.
  • Strong SDLC, project financials, resource planning, risk and dependency management, testing, change control, and adoption experience.
  • Experience in technology, engineering, research, or manufacturing across multiple locations or entities is preferred.
  • NetSuite or comparable ERP experience across finance and operations, including CRM integration with platforms such as Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Experience with public-company SOX or comparable internal-control and audit requirements is preferred.
  • Jira or comparable tools linking portfolio priorities, team backlogs, and executive reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap with business process owners.
  • Lead application selection, implementation, integration, modernization, and lifecycle management.
  • Define and execute the data and analytics strategy, including governance, integration, data quality, BI, and reporting.
  • Establish data ownership, stewardship, common definitions, and quality measures across enterprise systems.
  • Establish and lead the PMO, including demand intake, business cases, prioritization, capacity planning, funding decisions, and benefits tracking.
  • Implement an SDLC framework covering requirements, design, development or configuration, testing, business acceptance, release, and operational handover.
  • Maintain an integrated portfolio view of scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
  • Build and develop capabilities across applications, data, and program delivery, using internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage assigned budgets and vendor relationships, including delivery commitments, service levels, costs, and performance.
  • Partner with business functions and control owners to align investment decisions, adoption, access governance, change approvals, testing evidence, and internal controls.
