Requirements
- Have 6-8 years of overall Product Management experience.
- Have at least 1 year of experience managing and developing a team.
- Bring a strong technical background and familiarity with data modeling and analytics tooling.
- Be proficient in SQL and JIRA.
- Have experience running scrum processes.
- Have experience working with healthcare datasets, such as electronic health record or claims data.
- Be comfortable working directly with clients and navigating escalations.
- Have a strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle.
- Bring business acumen, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
- Be able to handle ambiguous problem spaces and collaborate across functions.
- Prior startup experience is preferred.
- Prior experience building data products is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the DataHub product line and oversee its day-to-day operations.
- Investigate the codebase using AI to resolve technical functionality questions.
- Lead client discovery sessions and write PRDs for complex features.
- Recommend build-versus-buy assessments for manager review.
- Plan monthly roadmaps and develop pod-level quarterly roadmaps.
- Coordinate with engineering to plan releases and work cross-functionally to launch new features.
- Provide regular company-wide product updates and handle client escalations.
- Identify potential cross-product interdependencies for discussion with the broader product team.
- Set expectations for direct reports, provide feedback, and support their growth and career development.
