Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management.
- Demonstrate a track record of owning post-sale relationships end-to-end.
- Be able to manage multiple enterprise accounts while balancing onboarding, support queues, and growth priorities.
- Bring technical aptitude with integrations, remittance file formats, and payment workflow configurations.
- Have experience identifying expansion opportunities and conducting commercial conversations within an existing customer portfolio.
- Be proficient in Salesforce for account management and documentation.
- Experience with Gainsight is a plus.
- Bring experience in fintech, payments, or financial operations software, particularly AP/AR or supplier-facing contexts, as a desired qualification.
- Be familiar with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and enterprise remittance or cash application workflows, as a desired qualification.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new SPP supplier accounts, including configuration, integration setup, and go-live milestones.
- Manage day-to-day relationships and escalations as the primary post-sale contact for enterprise supplier accounts.
- Guide suppliers through SPP features, including payment routing, consolidated remittance, ERP integrations, and reporting.
- Monitor account health, identify churn risk, and execute retention strategies.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities, partnering with the broader SPP sales team.
- Triage and resolve technical and operational issues for enterprise accounts.
- Maintain account documentation in Salesforce and Gainsight, including activation status, health scores, and expansion pipeline.
- Contribute to process improvements and playbook development as the SPP motion scales.
