Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management.
- Track record of owning post-sale relationships end-to-end.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts while balancing onboarding, support queues, and growth priorities.
- Technical aptitude working with integrations, remittance file formats, and payment workflow configurations.
- Experience driving upsell or expansion revenue within an existing customer portfolio.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for account management and documentation.
- Clear, direct communication skills for working with technical stakeholders and executive or finance-side contacts.
- Fintech, payments, or financial operations software experience is desired.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle and remittance or cash application workflows is desired.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new SPP supplier accounts, including configuration, integration setup, and go-live milestones.
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for a portfolio of enterprise supplier accounts, managing relationships and escalations.
- Guide suppliers through SPP features, including payment routing, consolidated remittance, ERP integrations, and reporting.
- Monitor account health, identify churn risk, and execute retention strategies.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities within existing accounts with the SPP sales team.
- Triage and resolve technical and operational issues for enterprise accounts.
- Maintain account documentation in Salesforce and Gainsight, tracking activation status, health scores, and expansion pipeline.
- Contribute to process improvements and playbook development as the SPP motion scales.
