SalaryThe total target base compensation for this role will be between $55,000 and $65,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $71,500 and $84,000 per year.

Requirements
- Direct client-facing experience is preferred, particularly in the mental health field.
- Support pipeline management activities during 11am to 7pm ET.
- Have native or bilingual English proficiency.
- Be familiar with and willing to use Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce, EMR, and survey software daily.
Responsibilities
- Own the client journey from first contact through the start of care.
- Connect referral partners, clients, and the Admissions team.
- Keep referral partners informed about the people they refer.
- Partner with the Outreach team to keep clients moving toward treatment.
- Coach the Outreach team on pipeline strategy.
- Identify barriers to care and escalate patterns behind them.
- Reach out to clients whose care has stalled to get them rescheduled.
