Requirements
- Have 3+ years in software engineering, AI/ML or automation platforms.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks and AI orchestration.
- Have experience building production-quality AI applications and integrations.
- Have knowledge of evaluation, observability and guardrails.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
- Work full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI workflows and skills using AIVA.
- Design prompts, tool integrations, workflows and evaluation frameworks.
- Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
- Build guardrails, exception handling and HITL patterns.
- Rapidly build, test, demonstrate and refine solutions with clients.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads, BAs, Integration Engineers and Operations SMEs.
