Requirements
- Significant experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across configuration, data, QA, architecture, or SaaS implementation.
- Experience managing teams responsible for complex, multi-region SaaS implementations.
- Experience balancing capacity, utilization, quality, and delivery velocity.
- Ability to use skills and capacity data to make staffing decisions aligned with implementation demand.
- Experience leading teams across onshore, offshore, remote, or partner resources.
- Experience scaling or transforming a global delivery organization or offshore team into a repeatable delivery model.
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, cloud delivery architectures, and relational database concepts.
- Understanding of technical quality controls that protect architecture integrity and support efficient delivery.
- Understanding of generative AI productivity tools and how to establish operational, quality, and compliance guidelines for technical delivery workflows.
- Experience implementing technical reviews, migration checks, readiness reviews, or other repeatable quality controls.
- Experience incorporating AI or automation into configuration, testing, or delivery workflows and demonstrating measurable improvements.
- Experience using system-validated operational data to manage performance, capacity, utilization, and delivery health.
- Experience establishing delivery standards, processes, operational controls, and KPIs across a technical organization.
- Experience managing delivery across multiple regions and establishing cross-time-zone coverage, handoff protocols, or regional ownership practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Solution Delivery team across configuration, data, QA, and technical architecture.
- Use utilization, work-planning, and delivery data to anticipate capacity needs and make staffing decisions.
- Manage portfolio revenue forecasting, utilization, gross margin, work-planner accuracy, and operational health.
- Establish technical review, readiness, and quality standards that protect architecture integrity and reduce delivery risk.
- Partner with Project Managers on change control and customer conversations when delivery or adoption is at risk.
- Improve global delivery across AMER, EMEA, and APAC through effective handoffs, regional ownership, and follow-the-sun practices.
- Identify and implement generative AI and automation opportunities in configuration and testing workflows.
- Measure the impact of delivery improvements on efficiency, quality, and timelines.
